Are you aware that your body is potentially causing some of your allergy symptoms? As you do the regular things you do throughout the day, pollen and dust sticks into your hair, dust and other allergens. When you are winding down your day, these substances could wreak havoc on your airways. Think about taking the carpet from your house. If you are able to afford it, replace it with wood, tile or laminate floors if you can afford it. This can greatly reduce allergy-causing substances that you could potentially breathe. If you must live with wall-to-wall carpeting, vacuum daily. Avoid anything which contains colorant as you might be allergic to it.Even something as basic as toilet paper could have dye in it. Try using products that are plain white paper to see if it helps.

If your allergies constantly give the same symptoms, it might be better so simply address the symptoms rather than completely trying to avoid allergic reactions. For example if you have dry eyes, those who suffer from itchy or dry eyes would be wise to carry around eye drops. The same would be true if your allergies result in a scratchy throat.

If you notice infestations of vermin, be sure to schedule regular exterminator visits. Insect and rodent droppings can aggravate allergy symptoms. You will be able to breathe better after you have hired an exterminator to rid your home of these rodents.
If you suffer from allergies, try avoiding things that cause your symptoms to flare up. If dust causes you grief, make sure to clean regularly and do your best to get rid of what dust you can. If pets are the problem, you may need to find them new homes or at least keep them clean and brushed all the time. Vacuuming and dusting will also keep pet dander.
